Knife Sharpening

We all know how frustrating blunt knives are to use. Cutting and chopping can become quite an effort and, because increased pressure is required, potentially more dangerous. I am very pleased therefore to introduce my new knife sharpening service.

This precision machine will grind your old blunt knives back to their former glory, and after honing on the leather wheel will leave you with a mirror finish blade that will be razor sharp.

Any straight-edge blade can be sharpened, ranging from pocket knives to 14-inch carving knives. Please note that serrated-edge knives are not possible to sharpen on this machine.
